Learn how to protect your peace and energy. Build emotional safety through boundaries that honour your needs and your healing pace.


Week 5 - Emotional Freedom & Forgiveness
Let go of resentment and pain, creating space for calm, clarity, and peace. This is where true freedom begins.
Week 6 - Reconnecting with Your Body
Rediscover the power of your body as your home. Through gentle movement and mindfulness, learn to feel grounded, confident, and in control again.
Week 7 - Redefining Self-Worth
Build unshakable confidence. Learn to validate yourself from within, detach from external approval, and fully embrace your worth.
Week 8 - Rebuilding Relationships
Recognise the difference between toxic and healthy dynamics. Begin creating relationships built on safety, respect, and mutual love.
Week 9 - Learning to Love Again
Open your heart safely – first to yourself, then to others. Learn how to receive love without fear and create space for joy and connection.
Week 10 - Receiving Love Fully
Let go of hyper-independence and control. Discover how to receive love, support, and abundance with ease and grace.
Week 11 - Becoming the Woman You’re Becoming
Step into your new identity – grounded, confident, and free. You’ll create your vision for the woman you’re becoming and the life you deserve.
Week 12 - Rising Into Your Future
Integrate everything you’ve learned and design your “Rebuild with Love” plan for the next 6-12 months, ensuring your transformation continues long after the programme ends.
